Small by design
Design State is an independent Melbourne branding studio founded by Creative Director Nicola Crofts, with more than 30 years of international experience across Australia, the UK and the United States.
We're intentionally small, with no layers of account management. Every project is led by experienced senior creatives who know how to ask the right questions, align strategy with design and create work that makes a genuine difference.
We partner with government, not-for-profit organisations and ambitious founders, helping them navigate complex projects, multiple stakeholders and often challenging deadlines.
